THREE SIMPLE RULES IN LIFE.
1. IF YOU do not GO after what you want, you’ll never have it.
2. IF YOU do not ASK, the answer will always be NO.
3. IF YOU do not STEP FORWARD , you’ll always be in the same place.

My code of conduct I live by. The 4 way test of the things I think, say and do!

My quote, is…
I love what I do, every day is usually different and you get to meet so many wonderful people and being welcomed into their homes and lives. I have made some very good friends and it is always with great satisfaction helping my clients to move onto the next stage of their lives. It certainly makes life interesting.
My biggest belief is “work hard or go home”. It’s simple but true. If I’m not 100% committed or involved, then I shouldn’t be doing it. My other philosophy is to “do that one extra bit”…… When I think I’m done, I always ask myself if I can do just one for thing to really finish off nicely.
My favourite is “Control the controllable’s and don’t stress about the rest. They will fall into place”

The Common Denominator of Success by Albert Gray – “The secret of success of every man who has ever been successful, lies in the fact that he formed the habit of doing things that failures don’t like to do”.
I’ve just shorten my version to “Successful People Do what Failures Do Not Feel Like Doing.” Just reminds me when I don’t “feel” like doing something worthwhile, I ask myself what would a successful person do. Great question to ask your staff also, when they don’t “feel” like following the system.
“The greatest competitor you’ll ever come up against will be self-doubt”
